Features and Benefits
All-Clad pans with a stainless interior cooking surface are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. All-Clad pans with a non-stick cooking surface are oven-safe up to 400 degrees, but should not be used under the broiler. We recommend using a low to medium temperature when cooking with All-Clad. Higher heats are not necessary and may cause discoloration (see cleaning instructions below). Other features include:

Warranty
From date of purchase, All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

Cleaning Instructions
For daily cleaning, warm soapy water is sufficient. Clean your All-Clad thoroughly after each use. Food films left of the pan may cause discoloration and sticking. To get rid of stuck-on food or discoloration and stains from using too high of a heat, we recommend cleaning your All-Clad with a product called Bar Keeper’s Friend. To use the Bar Keeper’s Friend, simply use a soft cloth or sponge and water and make into a soupy paste. This can be used on the interior, as well as the exterior of your All-Clad (excluding the Cop-R-Chef). The Bar Keeper’s Friend can also be used on the exterior of the All-Clad Stainless collection, LTD collection, and MC2 collection. For cleaning of the Cop-R-Chef exterior, simply use a brass/copper cleaner. If your water has a high iron content, you may notice a rusty discoloration. Use Bar Keeper’s Friend to remove it.

Super Product, I already have a food scale but it is big and bulky and I can’t tell you the last time I used it. My best friend’s daughter is getting married and a digital food scale with a very well known TV show name was on the front of it. I thought, what a great idea for a gift for me but I did not want the one she had asked for. So, I started my search and I came across this wonderful product. It looked sleek and sounded easy to use and the price was terrific. I ordered it and began to use it immediately after I got it. I am counting calories to assist my weight loss program and this scale is absolutely terrific.

It is so easy to use and the calorie factor booklet makes my calorie counting easy and I have to say fun. I really like the idea that I can weigh the container – either bag, dish or plastic and then zero the scale out and add my food to it and I get the grams and all I have to do is multiply it by the food calorie factor and bingo, I have my calories for that item. I use it everyday and my husband also uses it. He bought one that was very small and more expensive and thought that one was great until I got mine.

Excellent Cookware!, Circulon cookware is excellent. It heats quickly and evenly, cleans up easily, and seems to last forever. The key is not to overheat it (never over medium high) and to always hand wash. I cook a lot and am currently writing a cookbook, so I know what I like and what works for me. Circulon works great! This pot is also a wonderful size – not to large, not too small- a great starter piece if you want to try Circulon without making a big investment.

Excellent Cookware at Reasonable Prices, While I’ve never been a wiz in the kitchen, I finally decided that it was time to replace some of my old cookware. The prices of some of the higher end cookware astounded me and I didn’t feel that my cooking was worth the price. I ordered the Dutch Oven to bake a bread recipe I found. It was perfect. The Oven is heavy with a great non-stick surface. Then I tried a pot roast–again perfect. It has the qualities of the much more expensive Dutch ovens. I will order for a gift.
